The Position:

We’re looking for a technical support wizard with a thirst for knowledge to fill our immediate opening for IT Help Desk Specialist aka:

Technical Support Technician, Monitoring Specialist, Help Desk Analyst

Responsibilities / What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Your primary role will focus on the monitoring support of Oracle and Microsoft technology solutions.
  • Common tasks include; install and maintain Zabbix monitoring platform, fine tune metrics
  • Generate trend reports to level 2 and level 3 team members as well as to customers
  • Coached by our Senior team members, participate in Oracle and Microsoft™ related technical activities throughout the year
  • During each work day, you will respond to emails, calls, and alerts, revise your schedule, update support tickets, enter billable time, and track documentation through our IT management systems, across all of our clients.
  • As an essential member of our friendly and knowledgeable team, you'll be working directly with our business clients, remotely.
