Symptoms
When Forms Migration Assistant (GUI mode), is used to migrate a specific form, the following error occurs:
Log - xxxxx.fmb touched : Thu Jun 26 14:59:04 NZST 2008
ERROR opening xxxxxx.fmb :oracle.forms.jdapi.JdapiException:
FRM-18108: Failed to load the following objects.
Source Module:<module_name>
Source Object: <object_name>
Source Module: :<module_name>

Check subclass and library dependencies
Cause
The FORMS_PATH entry in the frmplsqlconv.bat is not set to reflect the location of the target files.
frmplsqlconv.bat has its own FORMS_PATH entry, so registry and default.env entries are overridden when this batch script is invoked.
Solution
Edit $ORACLE_HOME\bin\frmplsqlconv.bat and set the FORMS_PATH environment variable to include the correct directory path.
